ଦଶାହଦିନ ଦଶତୁଠରେ ଯେଉଁ ହାଣ୍ଡିରେ ଚାଉଳ ସହିତ ତେଲ ଓ ଘିଅ ମିଶାଇ ନିଆଁ ଉପରେ ରଖି ପୋଡ଼ାଯାଏ — An earthen pot contianing rice; ghee and oil and fried to charcoal and then broken with a stick after it is floated.
