୧: ଦେବତାମାନଙ୍କ ସେବକମାନେ ଯେଉଁ ଦେବୋତ୍ତର ବୃତ୍ତି ଚାଷ ବା ଦଖଲ କରୁଥାନ୍ତି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ସଂପନ୍ନ ସେବା ଓ ଭୋଗ ଆଦିର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେ ଜମିର ଖଜଣାରୁ ଯେଉଁ ଅଂଶ କଟି ଯାଏ — ୧. Amount deducted from the proper rent of lands held by the servants of a Deity in lien of services rendered or offerings supplied by them.
