ଗ୍ରାମ ଠାକୁରାଣୀ ବା ପାର୍ବତୀ ନୀର୍ଜନରାତିରେ ବିଜେ କଲାବେଳେ ଯେଉଁ ବେତ ହାତରେ ଧରନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ଲୋକେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରନ୍ତି — Ratan cane supposed to be held by the village Goddess or by Pārbatī on her nocturnal rounds (according to the superstitions of the villagers).
